Question: How do you know if a zipline adventure is any good? Answer: Read what other people had to say about their own experiences, either on our ziplining website or by checking out TripAdvisor reviews. Good or bad, people like to share their thoughts, and we hope you do too.

Out of 60 TripAdvisor reviews of Mineral Mountain Ziplines, 57 guests (95 per cent) gave us five stars. The other three guests gave us four stars, meaning we were merely ‘very good.’ We may be a little biased, but we’re pretty sure you can agree that this represents a consistently high standard of customer service. It has helped us quickly become a top tourist attraction in BC.

Here’s what some of our previous visitors had to say about their time with us:

How to Leave a Review

If you tried our zipline in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC, we’d like to hear from you. More importantly, we want you to spread the word by telling others about your experience. Send us a letter or email describing your zipline tour, and we’ll be happy to add to our ever-growing Testimonials section. Otherwise, you could easily create a TripAdvisor account and leave your comments there for others to read.

What Should You Say?

Really, you can write anything you want, but we’d recommend focusing on the highlights. In particular, be sure to mention any details that other would-be zipliners might find useful, such as:

  • What were the views like?
  • Were the ziplines fast and/or long enough?
  • Were the guides helpful?
  • Tips to help you enjoy ziplining

Also, it wouldn’t hurt to tell a little about yourself. For instance, if you have a fear of heights, or if this was your first adrenaline zipline adventure, or if you’re 80 years old, it helps people relate to you.

It’s All About the Guides

You might be surprised to learn this, but TripAdvisor reviews are a big deal to our guides. They want to know that they’re providing a good service to guests, so if you mention them by name, it makes them feel all warm and fuzzy inside. (It also lets us know they’re doing their job).

Furthermore, many of our guides are trying to make a living in the adventure tourism industry. When they apply for other jobs, they’ll often cite TripAdvisor reviews on their resume. In a way, you’re acting as a reference on their behalf.
